Gaby Marie (b. 2004) was born in Miami, Florida, where she currently lives and works. Of Venezuelan ancestry, Marie received a BFA from New World School of the Arts (2026). Her practice centers on multimedia photography and sculpture, merging salvaged street materials with images to explore architectural "portals," overdevelopment, and the overlooked everyday. Selected group exhibitions include “Rising Stars” (2026, Fredric Snitzer Gallery, Miami, Florida) and “Lines of Communication” (2023, SP Exhibition, Miami, Florida), with video work showcased at the Adrienne Arsht Center (2025). Marie received a YoungArts Award in Photography (2022) at the Merit level and was a participant in the Locust Art Builders residency (2022), supported by the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and the Kirk Foundation.
